We partner with schools, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations. These organizations are committed to fostering equity, empathy, and meaningful connection in their communities and workplaces.

We offer keynote speaking engagements, facilitation services, and customized consulting packages that combine both. Packages range from a single keynote to multi-day retreats with ongoing coaching and strategy support.

Our standalone keynote, the Catalyst Keynote, ranges from $3,500–$7,500 depending on audience size, location, and customization. Signature “Speak + Facilitate” packages begin at $5,000 and scale based on level of engagement.

Absolutely. Every keynote and facilitated session is tailored to the specific needs of your organization, event theme, and audience. Esther collaborates with organizers beforehand to ensure relevance and lasting impact.

Travel within New England is included in package pricing. Esther works with organizations nationwide and virtually. Additional travel fees may apply outside the region.
